The result for solid Vinasses is derived from a study with Vinasses,
residue of fermentation containing biomass of Corynebacterium glutamicum
(Method: CIPAC, Physico-chemical Methods for Technical and Formulated
Pesticides, MT 59: "Sieve Analysis"). Since all Vinasses subgroups are
very similar in composition, particle size distribution is as well
The particle size distribution (granulometry) study does not need to be
performed for Vinasses, which are marketed or used only in forms of
suspension (aqueous solution) and pastes.
