1.This test method is appropriate for relatively pure substances. The test substance is a mixture therefore the results can only be considered an estimate.
2. A nonspecific analytical method, total organic carbon analysis was used to quantitate the test substance concentration in aqueous solution. The test substance was analyzed for percent carbon; this value and the results of TOC analysis of the aqueous solutions were used to calculate the test substance concentration in water. - GLP compliance:

- Executive summary:
The study was conducted to determine the dissociation constant of the test material. The test substance was equilibrated in water and the water soluble fraction was then titrated with a standard base. The average concentration of four replicates of test substance in water was 1.50 x 10-6 mole/Liter. The test substance titration curve for each of the four replicates was indistinguishable from the blank. The test substance was determined to have no observable dissociation. The result on the analogue material was considered to be appropriate for the Registration material.
