Any other information on results incl. tables

In the two experiments performed, a broad endothermic peak between 100°C and 300°C was observed. It was most likely obtained due to evaporation of minor compounds in the test substance.

In both experiments, an exothermic decomposition effect starting at 325°C was observed. The extrapolated onset temperature of the effect in the first experiment was 372.58°C. In the second experiment an onset temperature 358.59°C was obtained. The exothermic decomposition energy

was 343.7 J/g in the first experiment and 368.0 J/g in the second test.

After the experiments, the sample container was swollen and a reddish brown residue remained in the sample container.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
non explosive
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
The explosive properties of E-BW102 were evaluated using DSC.

Exothermic decomposition of the test substance was observed at a temperature of 366°C. The exothermic decomposition energy was 356 J/g. According to this, it was considered that the test substance has no explosive properties.
