Additional information

SOL-DP is insoluble in water (1.87*10-5mg/l), thus, it is not available to biotic and abiotic degradation. Indeed, a biodegradation study in water concludes that SOL-DP is not readily biodegradable.

Due to a very low vapor pressure value (1*10-5 Pa) and insolubility of the substance in water, air and water compartments are not compartments of concern for SOL-DP.

The Log Koc value (4.91) of SOL-DP designates a strong affinity of the substance to sediments and soil.

Due to the inability to measure the substance concentration in water a prediction of BCF value using EPIsuite program was made. A predicted value of BCF = 134.2 L/kg wet-wt estimate that the SOL-DP is not likely to bio-accumulate.
