Description of key information

The two isomers 3,3,4,4-tetrafluoro-1,2-oxathietane 2,2-dioxide and Fluorosulfonyl difluoroacetyl fluoride can undergo hydrolysis (exothermic reaction) in the presence of water to form the corresponding carboxylic acid (2,2-Difluoro-2-(fluorosulfonyl)acetic Acid), and hydrogen fluoride.
