Description of key information

According to Annex VII, column 2, “Specific rules for adaptation from column 1" in the Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 it is stated that a study on the boiling point has not to be conducted if the substance is a solid possessing a melting point above 300 °C. Since the substance is a solid that has a melting point of > 500 °C (no melting point determined in the temperature range of 40 - 500 °C), a test on the boiling point is not required.
