According to Section 9.3.2 of Annex IX Bioaccumulation in aquatic species, preferably fish does not need to be conducted if the substance has a low potential for bioaccumulation (for instance a log Kow ≤ 3) and/or a low potential to cross biological membranes. As KMPS triple salt has a calculated log Kow of -3.9, respectively an experimentally determined logPow of < 0.3, bioaccumulation is extremely unlikely.
