Description of key information

Oxidizing Properties:
The OJEC Method A17 test was conducted on the substance. A maximum burn rate was not observed for substance/cellulose mixtures. Chemical compatability testing was conducted on the substance using EPA OPPTS 830.6314 (1996) and in all cases the temperature of the substance/chemical mixtures did not rise above 5 deg C. It was concluded that the substance did not have oxidizing properties.
