Description of key information

The vapour pressure of Butyl benzotriazole - sodium salt has been determined as: 1.64 x 10-2 Pa at 298 K

Analytical data are given in Figure 2. A plot of Log vapour pressure (Pa) versus reciprocal temperature (1/K) by computer gave a straight Iine lndicating the following relationship:

Log Vp (Pa) = slope + intercept temperature (K)

Vapour pressure at 298 K was calculated by extrapolation using the computer.
