Annex XIII of the REACH Regulation outlines the criteria for the identification of PBT and vPvB substances. Reffering to the wording of this Annex, these criteria ,,shall not apply to inorganic substances, but shall apply to organo-metals.”
Sulphuric acid, compound with graphite (including its incorporated impurities) is an inorganic substance and therefore the criteria of REACH Annex XIII are not applicable.
