Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The viscosity of paraffin and hydrocarbon waxes ranges from 3 to 30 mm2/s at 100°C (CONCAWE, 1999a). The viscosity was determined using the ASTM D 445 test method. Additionally, a viscosity of 3.03 mm2/s at 100°C was reported by CONCAWE (2010a).The viscosity was determined using the EN ISO 3104 or ASTM D445 methods.
