The HPLC method using soil-adsorption-reference data was chosen for the determination of the adsorption coefficient of 4,4’-Methylene bis (2-chloroaniline). The Koc and log Koc values of the test substance and impurity with a peak area of > 1% at neutral pH were: Test substance: Koc = 3.7 x 10E3, log Koc = 3.56 Impurity I: Koc = 7.0 x 10E4, log Koc = 4.85
