Description of key information

The test item MAA was tested in three acute daphnia toxicity tests. There are two GLP-studies available, performed as limit tests in 1997 and 2009, both in accordance with OECD-guideline no. 202. The test designs included analytical monitoring of the test samples, exposure period was 48 hours. The third study was conducted as full test in 1986 according to DIN-method 38 412 Part 11 as non-GLP test and without analytical monitoring.
Comparable results were obtained in all three tests (expressed as nominal concentrations, except as noted otherwise). EC50 and NOEC-values were found to be >= 100 mg/l.
