The log Pow was determined in accordance with the OECD Guideline 117, after adaptations allowing the use of the HPLC method in the extended range of log Pow between 6 and 10. Earlier HPLC measurement resulting in log Pow > 6.2 at 24 °C is supporting. The calculated value (Rekker method) of 11.4, although apparently overestimated, confirms the hydrophobic character of the substance.
