Toxicity of the test item LCE07105 was performed on the freshwater unicellular green algae "Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata" according to the OECDE 201 guideline (screening test). Results obtained show a slight toxicity of the test item with an inhibition of the average specific growth rate in comparison to the control 50% at the highest concentration of 100mg/L. For the reason, the EC50(0-72h) is superior to the highest tested concentration. In order to control and confirm the test item solubilisation and its stability throughout the study, an analysis of the test solution was performed at the 100mg/L test item concentration and in the filtered control: Total phosphorus was chosen as tracer and was analyzed at the start and the end of the study.
