Conclusion on classification

Regarding all available data of the acute and/or chronic toxicity tests on aquatic organisms and taking into account the provisions laid down in Council Directive 67/548/EEC and CLP (GHS), the reaction mass products do not have to be classified regarding possible acute and chronic ecotoxicological effects at this time. Additional long-term (chronic) ecotoxicity studies are underway. Re-evalaution of the potential for hazard classification will be made upon the conclusions of those studies.
