Description of key information

BMS589152-01is not readily biodegradable as the material attained 61% degradation after 28 days in the CO2 evolution test. However, as it did not reach the 60% threshold in the 10-day window to be considered readily biodegradable it can be expected that the substance would be inherently biodegradable based on the results obtained. There is limited hydrolysis of the substance with an estimated half like pH 7 of 244 days.
