A study was performed in accordance with OECD Guideline 301B in order to assess the ready biodegradability of the test item in an aerobic aqueous medium. The test item attained 51% biodegradation after 28 days and therefore cannot be considered to be readily biodegradable.

Data waivers have been included to address the endpoints simulation testing on ultimate degradation in surface water, sediment simulation testing (for substances with a high potential for adsorption to sediment) and the identification of biodegradation products. Further studies on biotic degradation do not need to be conducted as direct and indirect exposure of surface water and sediment is considered unlikely. Testing is therefore not required.

A data waiver has been submitted to address the data requirement for soil simulation testing (for substances with a high potential for adsorption to soil). Testing does not need to be conducted since direct and indirect exposure of soil is unlikely.
