Conclusions:
The density of the liquid test substance SANTICIZER 2148 Plasticizer is 1.04 g/cm3. A glass pycnometer with a nominal volume of 10 ml was used. Temperature of measurement was 20.0 ± 0.5°C.
Executive summary:

The determination of the density (liquid) was based on the EEC-Directive 92/69 EEC, A.3 ‘Relative density’ (1992) and on the OECD Guideline no. 109 ‘Density of liquids and solids’ (1995).

The density of the liquid test substance SANTICIZER 2148 Plasticizer is 1.04 g/cm3. A glass pycnometer with a nominal volume of 10 mL was used. Temperature of measurement was 20.0 ± 0.5°C. The relative density was determined to be 1.04.

Description of key information

The density and relative density of SANTICIZER 2148 Plasticizer at 20°C were determined to be 1.04 g/cm3 and 1.04, respectively.

Additional information

A key OECD Guideline 109 study was conducted to determine the density of SANTICIZER 2148 Plasticizer (Notox B.V., 1999c).

The density of the liquid test substance SANTICIZER 2148 Plasticizer was determined to be 1.04 g/cm3. A glass pycnometer with a nominal volume of 10 mL was used. Temperature of measurement was 20.0 ± 0.5°C. The relative density was determined to be 1.04.
