The lowest flashpoint was corrected for atmospheric pressure as follows:

Corrected flash point = 223 + 0.25 (101.3 -101.9)°C

= 222.85°C

Interpretation of results:
Category 4 (combustible liquids) based on GHS criteria
Conclusions:
The flash-point of Santicizer 2148 plasticizer was determined to be 223°C under the conditions of the test.
Executive summary:

The determination os the flash-point of SANTICIZER 2148 plasticizer was performed using a Pensky-Martens closed cup flash-point apparatus, in accordance with EEC-Directive 92/69 EEC, A.9 ‘Flash-point’ (1992) and DIN EN 22719 ‘Bestmmung des Flammpunktes Verfahren nach Pensky-Martens im geschlossenen Tiegel’ August 1985.

The flash-point of SANTICIZER 2149 PLASTICIZER was determined to be 223°C when using a Pensky-Martens closed cap flash-point apparatus.
