Type of information:
(Q)SAR
Adequacy of study:
weight of evidence
Reliability:
2 (reliable with restrictions)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
results derived from a valid (Q)SAR model and falling into its applicability domain, with limited documentation / justification
Justification for type of information:
1. SOFTWARE

EPI Suite Version 4.11

2. MODEL (incl. version number)

3. SMILES OR OTHER IDENTIFIERS USED AS INPUT FOR THE MODEL
SMILES : N(CCN(C1)CCCN)(C1)CCCN

4. SCIENTIFIC VALIDITY OF THE (Q)SAR MODEL
The Estimation Programs Interface (EPI) Suite TM was developed by the US Enviromental Protection Agency's Offic of Pollution Prevention and Toxic and Syracuse Research Corporation (SRC). It is screening-level tool, intended for use in applications such as to quickly screen chemicals for release potential and "bin" chemicals by priority for future work. Estimated values should not be used when experimental (measured) values are available.
