No self ignition temperature of the test item was observed up to 423°C (corrected value)

The test to determine the self ignition temperature of MEXORYL SBF was conducted in compliance with the EU method A.16.
A sample of MEXORYL SBF was heated in an oven to 420 °C but no self-ignition of the substance was observed although the test was performed two times. Therefore, it was assumed that self ignition temperature of MEXORYL SBF is higher than 420 °C.
This result was considered as reliable without restrictions becauseit was in compliance with GLP and international guidelines.
As no self ignition temperature was observed down to 420°C, the result is expressed as a limit value, and cannot be retained as key data for purpose of CSA.
