In accordance with REACH Annex VIII column 2, the study does not need to be conducted as the substance is not readily biodegradable and is highly insoluble in water, < 0.03 mg / l.
Evernox 1135 was found to be not readily biodegradable.
The adsorption / desorption study was waived on the grounds that the substance is a hydrocarbon UVCB. Standard tests for this endpoint are intended for single substances and are not appropriate for this complex substance.
