Additional information

Annex XI, Section 2, of Regulation EC No. 1907/2006, states that testing for a specific endpoint may be omitted if it is technically not possible to conduct the study as a consequence of the properties of the substance.  This test procedure is applicable to liquid substances whose vapours can be ignited by ignition sources. It has been found to be a non-flammable solid. The flash point is only applicable after the solid material melts.
