Additional information

Acute toxicity (96 hr) to fish has been investigated with two freshwater species (Brachydanio rerio (new name: Danio rerio and Pimephales promelas) following procedures similar to or according to the OECD 203 protocol at concentrations up to 100 g/l. The 96 hr EC50 were reported as >100 mg/l and as 25'600 mg/l. Analytical verification performed in one study showed minimal loss of test material over the course of the exposure. Based on the available data the acute toxicity to fish is very low.
