Conclusions:
The surface tension of aqueous solution of Shale oils, heavy with concentration 0.046 g/l (determined by method evaporation residue) is 52.299 ± 1.16 mN / m. Surface tension of Shale oil, heavy is lower than 60 mN / m under the conditions of this method, so it should be regarded as being surface-active material.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of shale oils, heavy fraction was determined according to the OECD ring method. The OECD 115 guideline and EU method A.5. The study was performed according to the principles of GLP, although the laboratory is not yet certificated.

The surface tension of aqueous solution of Shale oils, heavy with concentration 0.046 g/l (determined by method evaporation residue) is 52.299 ± 1.16 mN / m. Surface tension of Shale oil, heavy is lower than 60 mN / m under the conditions of this method, so it should be regarded as being surface-active material.
