Conclusion on classification

The lowest L(E)C50 value in the acute fish, acute Daphnia and algla growth inhibition studies is 5.7 mg/l (for fish).

The No Observed Effect Loading Rate (NOELR) after 21-day exposure in the available long-term Daphnia study was the concentration of WAF at loading rate 0.10 mg/L.

The substance is not "readily biodegradable" and hence is classified as Aquatic Chronic 1, with the hazard statement H410 under the CLP Regulation.
