Results and discussion

Toxicokinetic / pharmacokinetic studies

Details on excretion:
Metabolites of monochlorobenzene derivatives were analyzed in the urine of rabbits. for most purposes urines were collected each 24 hours, until metabolites were no longer excreted (usually 48 hrs.).

Metabolite characterisation studies

Metabolites identified:
yes
Details on metabolites:
After dosage with m-chloroaniline, the metabolites 2-amino-4-chlorophenol and 4-amino-2-chlorophenol was detected in the urine hydrolyzed with sulfuric acid.
