The test substance burned with an orange flame(height about 1cm.width about 6cm.)and the test substance pile turned
to grey-black colour after ignition.
After approx 4min. the test was terminated. The burning distance was 73
mm at termination of the Preliminary Test.
The Main Study was not performed.
Conclusion:RSS-4 dry substance is not "Highly Flammable" according to the criteria of the Directive.
