Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The partition coefficient has been determined to be log Pow 3.5
Executive summary:

The mean retention time for A-133816 was ca9.7min. The log
Pow for the known hydrolysis product of the test material -
2,4-Wing Acid - was also estimated using the HPLC method.
2,4-Wing Acid chromatographed with a mean retention time of
ca2.7min - ie, was unretained under the chromatographic
conditions used.  Hence, the log Pow for 2,4-Wing Acid was
estimated to be <1.
