- Executive summary:
The dissociation constant of dry THPC was determined according OECD 112 guideline, by titration with sodium hydroxyde.
pKa estimated value was = 5.48.
It should be noted that THPS has been tested in the same conditions (OECD 112 guideline and titration by sodium hydroxyde) and the pKa value was very similar: 5.18.
