A calculation of the dissociation constants for the components of Isostearic acid, esters with methyl α-D-glucoside yielded pKa ranging from 13.1 to 17.9 for methyl glucoside and pKa values ranging from 12.9 to 16.5 for the monoester.

The pKa values of the components of Isostearic acid, esters with methyl α-D-glucoside were estimated using the Perrin calculation method (pKaLc 5.0, module in Pallas 3.0, CompuDrug International).
