Description of key information
In a test on stability in organic solvents Isostearic acid, esters with methyl α-D-glucoside dissolved in methanol proved to be stable for at least 1 d.

In the frame of the validation of an analytical method conducted according to the European Commission: Guidance for Generating and Reporting Methods of Analysis in Support of Pre-Registration Data Requirements for Annex II (Part A, section 4) and Annex III (Part A, section 5) of Directive 91/414, SANCO/3029/99 rev. 4 (11/07/00) the stability of Isostearic acid, esters with methyl α-D-glucoside was investigated.
