Description of key information

Key study: OECD 203 and EU method C.1. GLP study.The 96h-EC50 of the test item in zebrafish (Brachydanio rerio) was determined to be higher than 100 mg/L and the NOEC was 100 mg/L, both based on mortality.

Key study: OECD 202 and EU method C.2. GLP study.The 48h-EC50 of the test item in Daphnia magna was found to be higher than 100 mg/L (nominal) and the NOEC was 100 mg/L, both based on mobility.

Key study: OECD 201 and EU method C.3. GLP study. The 72h-EC50 of the test item in green algae Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was found to be higher than 100 mg/L (nominal), based on growth rate, and 57.25 and 62.40 mg/l based on yield and biomass respectively. The NOEC was determined to be 25 mg/L and the LOEC 50 mg/mL, both based on growth rate, yield and biomass.
