* The pressurizing-expansion cycles are performed until 5 subsequent volume measurements have a relative standard deviation (RSD) of ≤ 0.2 %.

The mean density of the test item at 20 °C is 1.431556 g/cm³. The relative density D420is calculated by dividing the density of the test item by the density of water at 4 °C (0.9999750 g/cm³).

The relative density is D420=1.432.

Conclusions:
The relative density of the test item, Dilithium salicylate, at 20 °C ± 0.01 °C (compared to water at 4 °C) is D420 = 1.432.
Executive summary:

This study is GLP compliant and follows OECD guideline 109 and EU method A3. Therefore, it is given a reliability rating of 1 (reliable without restrictions).

According to OECD Test Guideline 109 (2012) and Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Part A Method A.3., the relative density D420 of the test item, Dilithium salicylate, at 20 °C ± 0.01 °C (compared to water at 4 °C) is D420 = 1.432.
