Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
In case of eye contact, rinse the eyes with clean water for at least 15 minutes. Arrange for transport to the
nearest medical facility for examination and treatment by a physician as soon as possible.
In case of skin contact, remove contamined clothing and wash affected area with water.
In case of ingestion, give water but do not make him vomit.
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media: dry powder, foam, carbon dioxide or water flog.
Dangerous combustible products and related risks: Emission of toxic gazes, nitrogen oxide and carbon
monoxide.
Special fire fighting procedure: Wear self-contained positive pressure breathing apparatus and full firefighting
protective clothing.
Hazardous polymerization may take place during a fire due to heat. Closed containers could rupture violently.
Accidental release measures
Eliminate all source of ignition, keep away from heat or flame.
Provide adequate ventilation.
Absorb the material with inert substances as sand
Handling and storage
Avoid contact with the eyes, the skin and clothing.
Do not breathe vapour and mist or spray.
Use only with adequate ventilation.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Avoid contact with the eyes, the skin and clothing. Do not breathe vapour and mist or spray.
Respiratory protection: Use protective mask with A2-B2 filter type when heated to high temperature.
Hand protection: Always wear protective gloves conformed to EN 374-1/2/3 and EN 420 standards.
Eye protection: Wear protective eyeglasses or chemical safety goggles.
Stability and reactivity
Stable in normal conditions
Hazardous polymerization may take place during a fire due to heat. Closed containers could rupture violently.
Disposal considerations
Eliminate all source of ignition, keep away from heat or flame.
Provide adequate ventilation.
Absorb the material with inert substances as sand.
