Description of key information
Log Kow has been found to be around 10.5 by HPLC method. However, this value has been obtained by extrapolation, that leads to a high uncertainty, the only certain value being > 8.5. Therefore the theoretical BCF lies < 5000 with a high degree of certainty, but possibly above 2000, when taking logKow as only estimation.
When considering absorption data in livng cells from different mammalian or in vitro studies, WP30 does not absorb, therefore bioaccumulation is not possible

Additional information
Retention time of the test substance was far beyond highest calibration point, resulting in a high uncertainty of the calculated log Pow. The upper 95% confidence limit of the regression line indicated that log Pow is >8.5 anyway.
