Lack of absorption shown in toxicokinetics (satellite groups in OECD 422 reliability 1 study) and dermal penetration studies (OECD 428 studies performed on Human untreated or altered skin) has been confirmed in all toxicology studies results:

- acute oral toxicity (LD50 > 2000 mg/kg)

- acute dermal toxiciy (LD50 > 2000 mg/kg

- irritation (non irritant in OECD 404 skin irritation study, HET-CAM assay, rabbit cornea fiboblast neutral red release)

- sensitisation (non sensitiser in a LLNA test)

- OECD 422 study concluding with a NOEL > 1000 mg/kg for repeated toxicity endpoints and reproductive endpoint
