Study design

Details on sampling:
Sediment samples were collected on 2014-11-04 and 2014-11-05 from 20 points throughout inner Tokyo Bay.

Fish samples of Japanese sea bass, white croaker, Japanese scaled sardine, red barracuda, and Japanese anchovy were collected by small-scale trawl fishery on 2014-11-11, 2014-11-12 and 2014-11-20. Three samples of each fish species were analysed, other than Japanese scaled sardine where the sample weight was insufficient for three analyses.
