Description of key information
In accordance with Section 2 of Annex XI of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), information requirement section 7.17, this study cannot be conducted on solid materials or gases. According to guidance on information requirements Chapter R7, viscosity measurement is only relevant to liquids. Thus as the morpholinium sulphamate is a solid at room temperature no study was conducted.
In addition In accordance with REACH annex XI the study was waived as the substance is produced directly as 50% aqueous solution. It is intended that the substance is handled and used only as aqueous solution. Thus, the substance as such is not available the aqueous solution is considered for risk assessment and exposure consideration. Based on the experience in handling and use it was assumed that the viscosity of the aqueous solution is very similar to the viscosity of water. Thus, no study for the aqueous solution was conducted.
