Description of key information

A recently performed and well-documented hydrolysis study was performed by Verhoef and Kerkdijk (2005). The results from this test indicate that the percentage hydrolysis of the test substance acetaldehyde oxime was less than 10% after incubation in buffer solutions of pH 4.0, 7.0 and 9.0 for 5 days at 50°C. Therefore, the test substance acetaldehyde oxime was considered to be hydrolytically stable under the investigated conditions.
