Remarks:
Upper limit of method

In a preliminary test by the method of "Capillary tube in a metal block", the test item did not changed colour or physical state between 100 and 400°C. The test item also did not change before or after measurement in the DSC test. From these observations, it would appear that there is no melting point for the test item. Therefore, it is concluded that some peaks detected on the DSC chart are derived from the melting of impurities or minor components in test sample.

Conclusions:
The test item did not melt at 600°C, which was the upper limit of the method. The melting point of the test item is therefore considered to be greater than 600°C.
Executive summary:

The objective of this study was to obtain the melting point of Dye-2019.The study was carried out in accordance with OECD test guideline No. 102 in compliance with GLP.
