Specific details on test material used for the study:
Batch/Lot number: 451021
Description: White to off white to light yellow powder
Purity: 99.1%
Analytical method:
high-performance liquid chromatography
Key result
Type:
log Pow
Partition coefficient:
6
Temp.:
25 °C
Remarks on result:
other: pH unknown
Details on results:
The three independent calibration series and three test item samples were measured. The partition coefficient Pow was determined based on a calibration curves using the eight reference substances. Under the above detailed chromatographic conditions, the main component (Peak I) of the test item had a retention time at 7.63 minutes. Using the linearity equation, the estimated partition coefficient of the test item is LogPow 6.00 ± 0.002 (with 95% confidence interval).
Conclusions:
The logPow of the test item is estimated as 6 using HPLC method.

Description of key information
