Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin with water. Obtain medical attention if ill effects occur. Contaminated clothing should be laundered before re-use.
Eye contact: Irrigate with eyewash solution or clean water, holding the eyelids apart, for at least 15 minutes. Obtain medical attention.
Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water and give 200-300 ml (half a pint) of water to drink. Do not induce vomiting. Obtain medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: water spray, foam, dry powder or CO2
Special protective equipment for fire-fighters: A self contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective clothing should be worn in fire conditions.
Accidental release measures
Environmental precautions: Do not allow to enter drains, sewers or watercourses.
Methods for cleaning up: Avoid dust generation. Clear up spillages. Transfer to a container for disposal. Wash the spillage area clean. Washings must be prevented from entering surface water drains.
Handling and storage
Requirements for storage areas and containers: Keep container tightly closed.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Engineering measures: Where suitable engineering controls are not fitted or are inadequate, wear suitable protective equipment
Respiratory protection: Wear suitable respiratory protective equipment if exposure to high levels of material are likely.
Hand protection: Wear suitable gloves. The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. As the product is a preparation of several substances, the resistance of the glove material can not be calculated in advance and has therefore to be checked prior to the application. The exact break through time has to be found out by the manufacturer of the protective gloves and has to be observed. Check protective gloves prior to each use for their proper condition.
Eye protection: Wear eye/face protection.
Skin and body protection: Wear suitable protective clothing.
Stability and reactivity
Materials to avoid: None known
Hazardous decomposition products: See 'Fire Fighting Measures'.
