EC number: 948-490-3 | CAS number: -
Thermal decomposition > 190°C
The boiling point of the substance has been determined with DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) and TGA (Thermal gravimetric analysis) and the result showed the thermal decomposition in connection with the loss of the mass starting at the temperature of 190°C.The enthalpy of the decomposition between 210°C and 400°C is 280 J/g.
No endothermic peak corresponding to melting and boiling of the test substance was recorded in the tested temperature range from 25 °C to 600 °C. The boiling point indicated in the key value for chemical safety assessment has been estimated by Epiwin.
The study does not need to be conducted since the substance decomposes before boiling. The boiling point value has been estimated with EPIWIN for chemical safety assessment
