A DSC curve was recorded during the experiment. A broad exothermic peak was observed caused by thermal degradation of the test substance. The onset temperature was 233°C. No boiling point was observed. On completion of testing a dark brown/black residue remained in the crucible.

Conclusions:
Under the conditions of this study, the boiling temperature of the test substance could not be determined because of thermal decomposition of the sample.
