Autoignition of the test substances did not occur at a temperature of >400°C. Therefore the autoignition temperature is greater than 400°C.

Conclusions:
Under the conditions of this study, there was no autoignition of Solvent Red 19T up to a temperature of 400°C. The autoignitition temperature is therefore above 400°C and the test substance can be considered non-flammable.
Executive summary:

The autoignition temperature of the test substance was investigated according to method A15. Due to its high viscosity, the material was first heated in a water bath (<100°C). A quantity of the test substance was then injected into a heated flask at temperatures of 240°C, 300°C and 400°C. No ignition was observed after 10 minutes at each temperature. A reference substance (Hexane) was also measured to ensure the correct functioning of the equipment/test.
