First-aid measures
1. Description of first aid measures
Skin contact: Remove all contaminated clothes and footwear immediately unless stuck to skin. Wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs, seek medical attention
Eye contact: Bathe the eye with running water for 15 minutes. Transfer to hospital for specialist for examination
Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water. Do not induce vomiting. Transfer to hospital as soon as possible.
Inhalation: Remove casualty from exposure ensuring one's own safety whilst doing so. Consult a doctor.
2. Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
Skin Contact: There may be irritation and redness at the site of contact.
Eye contact: There may be pain and redness. The eyes may water profusely. The vision may become blurred. May cause permanent damage.
Ingestion: There may be soreness and redness of the mouth and throat. Nausea and stomach pain may occur.
Inhalation: There may be irritation of the throat with a feeling of tightness in the chest.
Delayed/immediate effects: Immediate effects may occur after short-term exposure.
3. Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
Immediate/special treatment: Immediate medical attention is required. Eye bathing equipment should be available on the premises. A decontamination shower should be available on the premises. A decontamination shower should be available on the premises.
Fire-fighting measures
1. Extinguising media
Extinguishing Media: Water. Alcohol resistant foam. Carbon dioxide. Dry chemical powder. Use water spray to cool containers.
2. Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
Exposure hazards: Harmful. In combustion emits toxic fumes.
3. Advice for Firefighters
Advice for fire-fighters: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing to prevent contact with skin and eyes.
Accidental release measures
1. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
Personal precautions: Do not attempt to take action without suitable protective clothing. Mark out the contaminated area with signs and prevent access to unauthorized personnel. If outside keep bystanders upwind and away from danger point. If outside do not approach from downwind. Remove all incompatible materials.
2. Environmental precautions
Environmental precautions: Do not discharge into drains or rivers. Contain the spillage using bunding.
3. Methods and material for containment and cleaning up.
Clean-up procedures: Transfer to a closable, labelled salvage container for disposal by an appropriate method.
Handling and storage
1. Precautions for safe handling
Handling requirements: Avoid direct contact with the substance. Ensure there is sufficient ventilation of the area. Do not handle in a confined space. Avoid the formation or spread of dust in the air.
2. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Storage condtions: Store in a cool, well ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid contact with water or humidity.

Exposure controls / personal protection
1. Control parameters
No workplace exposure limits have been established.
2. Exposure controls
Engineering measures: Ensure there is sufficient ventilation of the area.
Respiratory protection: Respiratory protective device with P2 particle filter.
Hand protection: PVC gloves. Nitrile gloves. Glove break-through times can vary depending on the characteristic of the type of glove used, the exposure time and type of use. Consult your supplier for advice. Gloves should be replaced immediately if signs of degradation are observed.
Eye protection: Tightly fitting safety glasses/goggles (EN166) and face shield. Ensure an eye bath is available.
Skin protection: Protective clothing with long sleeves and fastened / elastic cuffs and closed neck.
Stability and reactivity
1. Reactivity: Stable under recommended transport or storage conditions.
2. Chemical Stability: Stable under normal conditions
3. Possiblity of Hazardous reactions: Hazardous reactions will not occur under normal transport or storage conditions. Decomposition may occur on exposure to conditions or materials
4. Conditions to avoid: Heat. Humidity
5. Incompatible materials: Strong oxidising agents. Strong acids.
6. Hazardous decomposition products: In combustion emits toxic fumes.
Disposal considerations
Disposal operations: Transfer to a suitable container and arrange for collection by specialized disposal company.
Disposal of packaging: Arrange for collection by specialized disposal company
Follow applicable regional and/or national regulations regarding disposal
