Results and discussion

Water solubility
Water solubility:
> 1 000 g/L
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Incubation duration:
1 d
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
12.7
Details on results:
After the stirring period, the test sample was clear and no undissolved test item was observed. It was concluded that the water solubility of R-Quinuclidinol at 20°C was > 1000 g/L. As
water solubility of the substance was determined from visual observation alone to be higher than 1:1 test item:water, no further testing was conducted to determine the actual water solubility value.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
