Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Crystallisation and melting of the test item were not observed by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) in accordance with OECD TG 102. After 22 hours in a freezer at -20°C and -80°C, it was observed that the test item was a liquid (≤ -15°C freezer) and a very viscous liquid (≤ -75°C freezer). It was concluded that the melting temperature of the test item is ≤ -80°C (< 193K). The study is well documented and was conducted in compliance with GLP. The result is considered to be reliable and is selected as key study.
